• Compost Pickup Period: 3/30/2026 – 12/04/2026 Weekly service beginning on the first last day of March through the first week of December. Christmas tree pick up (and miscellaneous garland) shall be for the 4 weeks following the holiday. Trees over 6 ft must be cut in half by the resident. Residents are required to place grass and leaves in “Kraft” paper bags or properly marked 32-35 gallon cans. Carts and bags must be marked with a “yard waste only” or “compost” sticker. No plastic bags are accepted. Branches (two inches in diameter or less) and twigs must be placed in bundles/tied no larger than 2 feet by 4 feet long or 50 lbs per bundle/bag. No tree trunks or stumps accepted.
• Service Days: Monday – Friday
• Bulk Pick Up/Special Pick Up: Weekly pick up.
  • Residents can place up to three (3) bulk items out for collection each week.
  • Bulky waste items can be fixtures, furniture, storm doors, door walls, toilets, sinks, and carpets and pads (rolled up and bundled, 4ft in length and weighing less than 50 pounds each). One bundle equals one bulky item.
  • Mattresses must be covered in plastic.
