Sweepstakes Rules

1. Eligibility: Michigan, Ohio and Indiana Residents only. Ages 18 and over.
2. Entry Requirements: Follow @PriorityWaste on Instagram, like the Sweepstakes post, and tag three friends in the comments. No purchase is necessary.
3. Entry Limit: One entry per person.
4. Raffle Period: Entries accepted from January 7, 2025 to February 24thth, 2024.
5. Winner Selection: One winner will be randomly selected and announced Tuesday, February 25th, 2025. Depending on the participant count, we will use the appropriate social media raffle tools such as Rafflys to determine a random winner.
6. Prize: Four (4) tickets to the Little Caesars Arena Detroit Red Wings Player’s Club Experience on March 4th, 2025, including parking, and food and drinks in the Player’s Club. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,800. Actual value may vary depending on market fluctuations. Any difference between stated ARV and actual retail value will not be awarded. Priority reserves the right to change the date/game.
7. Notification: The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If the prize is not claimed, we will redraw the winner.
8. Non-Transferable: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
9. Disqualification: Any entry not complying with the rules will be disqualified or to Priority’s discretion.
10. Odds of winning: Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.
