The Heart Behind the Hard Work recognition highlights drivers, loaders, mechanics, cart and container delivery, yard personnel, and all team members who show what it truly means to care—on the job and in the communities we serve.

💝 What’s in It for the Winner?

Each nomination is entered into a drawing for a $200 restaurant gift card

One weekly winner will be selected for each of the three weeks of the contest

Gift cards will be from a local customer restaurant, selected based on the winner’s location

Winners will be featured on Priority Waste social media and displayed on screens at Corporate and local yards
🏆 Bonus: The yard with the most nominations will receive a visit from the sales team—with treats!
